Located in a new downtown building, this loft apartment in Kyiv showcases the creative vision of architects Igor Martin, Olga Novikova, and Andrey Babich. The design preserves the visibility of original construction details, featuring exposed bricks and beams, factory-style windows, and a dark, stained wooden floor. The apartment's "smart home" system exemplifies the meticulous work of the MARTIN’S team, catering to the client's individual desires for both style and functionality.

The open-plan layout seamlessly integrates the living room, kitchen, and dining area, creating a perfect space for gatherings with friends. For personal comfort, the apartment includes a cozy bedroom, a spacious dressing room, and a private study. Each element of the design, from the kitchen façade to the built-in fireplace and the bedroom's feature wall, reflects careful attention to detail.
